We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the sales team and achieve set targets, focusing on developing strong customer relationships and expanding the distribution network. About the Role The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing sales operations in the region, including attracting new customers and distributors, and following up on sales and collection performance. The role aims to enhance the company's presence in the market by building strong relationships with major clients and presenting the company's products effectively. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Achieving the specified sales and collection targets for the region. Attracting new distributors and customers and building a strong sales network. Visiting major distributors of building materials, wood, contracting companies, and factories. Presenting chipboard and MDF products and explaining their specifications and features. Preparing price offers and following up until the deal is closed. Following up on orders, supply, collection, and after-sales service. Monitoring competitors' prices, products, and market movement. Submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports on visits, sales, collection, and available opportunities. Preparing a regular visit and follow-up plan for customers. Required Qualifications and Experience Not less than 5 years of experience in the field of sales, preferably in the building materials or wood sector. Ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets. Excellent skills in building and developing customer relationships. Ability to prepare reports and analyze data. Work Environment This is a full-time job in Al Qassim, requiring regular field visits to customers and distributors in the region.
