About the Role JAL International Co. Ltd. is seeking a Business Planning Analyst/Specialist to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This is a contract position requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on business planning, budgeting, performance management, and reporting within industrial and manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Develop business objectives and performance measures. Manage business planning, budgeting, and performance reporting processes. Prepare professional board and executive reports, including graphics and dashboards. Develop and implement procedures and templates for business planning and reporting. Build and maintain performance databases for corporate functions. Required Experience and Skills Extensive experience in business planning, budgeting, performance management, and reporting. In-depth knowledge of business objectives development and performance measurement. Experience within the oil/gas, chemical, petrochemical, food, or feed industries. Proficiency in SAP for business planning and reporting. Strong knowledge and experience in developing procedures and templates. Good understanding of Total Quality Management (TQM) and auditing practices. Excellent skills in MS Windows and presentation software. General Requirements Candidates must possess strong and relevant experience within industrial, manufacturing, petrochemical, or similar project environments.
