<p>We are looking for an experienced and qualified female Shadow Teacher / Learning Support Assistant for a full-time, school-based role in Riyadh.</p><p> </p><p>Working Hours: 7:30 AM &#8211; 2:35 PM</p><p>Location: Riyadh</p><p>Start: As soon as possible</p><p> </p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p> </p><p>* Provide appropriate in-class learning and behavioural support.</p><p>* Support attention, focus, classroom engagement, and following instructions and routines.</p><p>* Encourage positive behaviour, self-regulation, and appropriate social interaction.</p><p>* Promote independence and gradually reduce reliance on 1:1 support where appropriate.</p><p>* Work collaboratively with the class teacher and the school's Learning Support Team.</p><p>* Maintain regular communication with parents regarding progress.</p><p> </p><p>Preferred Qualifications & Experience</p><p> </p><p>* Previous experience as a Shadow Teacher, Learning Support Assistant, SEN Teacher, or Special Educator.</p><p>* Practical experience supporting children with attention, hyperactivity, behavioural regulation, and communication needs.</p><p>* SEN, Special Education, ABA, behavioural support, or related qualifications/training are highly preferred.</p><p>* Experience within an inclusive mainstream school environment is preferred.</p><p>* Strong English communication skills.</p><p>* Patient, calm, structured, and able to establish clear and consistent boundaries.</p><p>* Strong ability to build confidence while encouraging independence rather than dependency.</p><p> </p><p>Interested candidates are requested to send their CV, relevant qualifications/certifications, expected salary, and earliest available starting date.</p>
