About the Role Paytabs is seeking an Implementation Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. This full-time role focuses on production deployments, DevOps operations, system implementations, and transaction monitoring within the payments domain. The ideal candidate will coordinate end-to-end deployment activities, manage environment configurations, and ensure release validation and post-production support. Role Overview The Implementation Engineer will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-live activities while maintaining deployment governance, system stability, and operational excellence. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in deployment automation, monitoring tools, and production issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Execute end-to-end production deployments, including planning, configuration, validation, and release execution. Perform pre-deployment readiness checks and coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams. Manage application and environment configurations across staging and production environments. Validate deployments through smoke testing, transaction verification, and post-deployment monitoring. Monitor transaction processing and system health using implementation and monitoring tools. Troubleshoot deployment, configuration, and production issues, ensuring timely resolution. Support CI/CD pipeline activities and deployment automation initiatives. Maintain deployment documentation, release notes, implementation plans, and operational runbooks. Ensure compliance with release management processes, change controls, and rollback procedures. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver seamless implementations and production releases. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues. Drive continuous improvement in deployment, implementation, and operational processes. Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in the payments domain. Minimum educational qualifications of BE/BTech/MCA/BCA/* CS. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in IT services and support activities. Required Skills Proficiency in production deployments and DevOps operations. Experience with system implementations and transaction monitoring. Strong problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience with deployment automation and monitoring tools. Ability to coordinate end-to-end deployment activities and environment configuration. Compensation The salary for this position is negotiable and will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
