Location: Saudi Arabia – AMAALA Project Assignment Duration: Minimum 6 months, extension available Mobilization: Immediate preferred We are looking for an experienced DCS, SCADA & Automation Commissioning Engineer to support commissioning, start-up, system validation, and operational readiness activities for the AMAALA Project in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities * Execute DCS, PLC, SCADA, and industrial automation commissioning activities. * Perform FAT, SAT, loop checks, functional testing, system validation, and troubleshooting. * Support plant commissioning, start-up, and operational readiness activities. * Troubleshoot control system issues and perform root-cause analysis. * Coordinate with engineering, construction, operations, and vendors to resolve technical issues. * Support control system integration and field instrumentation interfaces. * Assist with operator training, system handover, and preparation of commissioning documentation. * Provide on-site technical support throughout the commissioning and start-up phases. * Ensure all commissioning activities are carried out safely and in accordance with project requirements. Required Experience & Skills * Proven experience in DCS, SCADA, PLC, and industrial automation systems. * Prior experience with Siemens SIMATIC PCS 7 V10 control systems is highly preferred. * Strong experience in commissioning and start-up activities. * Hands-on experience with FAT, SAT, loop checking, functional testing, and troubleshooting. * Knowledge of control system integration and industrial automation. * Experience in water treatment, desalination/RO, wastewater treatment/STP, utilities, or industrial infrastructure projects is highly valued. * Strong technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international project environment. * Fluent English communication skills are required. Assignment Conditions * Site-based position in Saudi Arabia – AMAALA Project. * Initial assignment of at least 6 months, with extension available * Immediate mobilization is preferred. * Assignment continuation will be subject to satisfactory performance and project requirements.
