What is the end-of-service payment in Qatar?
When your job ends after at least one year, you are owed an end-of-service payment. Under Qatar law it is at least three weeks of basic wage for each year you worked, based on your last basic wage. It should be paid when your contract ends. Check the amount uses your correct basic wage and full years of service. If your employer refuses to pay, keep your contract and pay records and file a complaint on 16008. The Labour Dispute Resolution Committee can order the employer to pay.
