First call the Ministry unified number 19911, or use the MHRSD portal or Qiwa to file a complaint. The first stage is a Friendly Settlement, where the Ministry calls both sides to try to agree. Bring your Qiwa contract, Iqama, bank statements and any messages showing the missing salary. If the Friendly Settlement fails within the set time, your case goes to the Labour Court under the Ministry of Justice.
