An electromechanical engineer is required to work for a real estate development and investment company in Jeddah Responsibilities and tasks: - Coordination between mechanical, electrical and civil works, and management of contractors and suppliers - Review shop drawings (Shop Drawings) - Preparing documents (Material Submittals, Method Statements, RFI) - Quantifying quantities, preparing BOQs and extracts, and mastering timetables for government and private projects - Follow up on inspection, operation and maintenance work (Testing & Commissioning) and adherence to quality and safety standards - Follow up on site works (air conditioning, plumbing, fire, electricity) and ensure they comply with specifications Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electromechanical) from an accredited government university At least 5 years of experience in MEP construction projects and real estate development Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferably Revit MEP) He has a car and a driver's license Benefits and Other Informations: Send your CV here [contact removed] With his job title (electromechanical engineer) Available for: Saudi OR Residence
