Branch Supervisor

What the work is

- Supervising the daily workflow within the branch and ensuring that all operational procedures are implemented - Leading and directing the work team, distributing tasks and following up on their implementation - Achieving approved sales and profitability targets - Follow up on the quality of customer service and address complaints and suggestions professionally - Monitoring compliance with company policies and regulations - Preparing work schedules, vacations, and shifts - Evaluating employees’ performance periodically - Holding periodic meetings with the work team - Follow up on performance indicators (KPIs) and work to improve them Requirements: At least two years of experience in supervising branches or managing work teams High leadership and communication skills Ability to prepare and analyze reports Knowledge of using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets Benefits and Other Informations: - A rewarding salary - Performance-related incentives and rewards - Training and professional development opportunities - Professional work environment - Opportunities for career growth and advancement Available for: Open For All
