The company is seeking individuals to contribute to building this system from the ground up in Saudi Arabia. Role Overview The Flex is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition among short-term rental operators and property management companies. This full-time role involves converting attention into demo bookings, qualified leads, and paying customers. The position is hands-on and entrepreneurial, working directly with the founder to build the company's growth engine from scratch. Candidates may specialize in a single growth channel or manage several, focusing on identifying and scaling effective strategies. Key Responsibilities Own and manage one or more growth channels, including strategy setting, campaign launch, and results accountability. Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings through campaigns targeting short-term rental operators via paid ads, SEO, outbound efforts, referrals, and industry partnerships. Develop a deep understanding of customer operations, pain points, and motivations for adopting new software. Conduct rapid experiments to test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers, scaling successful approaches and discontinuing ineffective ones. Utilize AI for research, copywriting, targeting, content production, and automation where it provides a strategic advantage. Build high-converting funnels and landing pages, optimizing the customer journey from initial impression to demo booking and conversion. Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging to effectively communicate product value to operators. Track performance metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and pipeline contribution, providing clear insights into campaign effectiveness. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. This role is not suited for individuals seeking predictable corporate structures, engaging in office politics, or preferring slow-paced roles with limited ownership.
