About the Role Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on delivering comprehensive hospitality services to guests, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from arrival to departure. Role Overview The Guest Service Agent is responsible for managing the check-in and check-out processes, providing information, and addressing guest needs. The position requires a focus on service delivery and maintaining a welcoming environment for all hotel guests. Key Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and manage the check-in process, including verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and coordinating bell service assistance. Process guest departures efficiently, verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system. Provide detailed information regarding hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area attractions to assist with guest inquiries. Recommend hotel amenities and services to guests, applying up-selling techniques to optimize revenue. Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and effectively, and manage all guest communications.
