Electrical Site Engineer

What the work is

Responsible for supervising the execution of electrical works on site within finishing projects, reviewing shop drawings, and ensuring that execution matches approved specifications. Tasks include coordination with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other disciplines, following up on electrical, low current, and GRMS systems, and resolving snags and technical issues to ensure quality of execution and adherence to the project schedule. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 3 years of site experience in executing electrical works for finishing projects. Previous experience in the hospitality sector, especially 5-star hotel projects, is highly preferred. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, installation, and execution. Good technical knowledge and field experience in Low Current Systems. Good understanding of Guest Room Management System (GRMS) and the mechanism of coordination and integration between it, electrical systems, and other MEP systems. Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other disciplines on site. Ability to review shop drawings, coordinate execution works on site, resolve technical issues, and ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications. Ability to work under pressure and commit to the requirements of Fast-Track Projects.
