What the work is

Full-time, working hours 7-5 Salary 3200 Job Duties: Distributing workers and directing them according to the daily work plan. Managing more than one site and following up on the progress of work in the field. Solving operational problems on site and reporting important obstacles. Arranging and preparing the site needs for materials and tools before starting work. Following up on the availability of equipment and labor and ensuring that work is not disrupted. Following up on safety requirements for excavation work and the use of safety tools and equipment. Ensuring that excavation sites are secured and necessary warning signs and barriers are placed. Following up on excavation, extension, backfilling, and closing the site completely. Following up on daily productivity and achieving the specified target. Following up on workers' discipline and quality of execution. Coordinating with the engineer in technical matters and routes. Submitting a daily report on achievements, obstacles, and needs. Moving between sites and driving the car according to work requirements. Requirements: Previous experience as a field supervisor in civil works or excavations. Ability to manage workers and equipment in the field. Ability to solve problems and achieve the daily target. Good knowledge of safety requirements in excavation works. Proficiency in driving a car and having a valid driver's license. Preference is given to those who have experience in connection works and ground services. Basic services (water, gas, and electricity)
