What the work is

Follow up and adjust the performance of female sales employees inside the showrooms on a daily basis through surveillance cameras and submit accurate performance reports to the management. Tasks and Responsibilities: 1. Daily monitoring: Follow up on all branches via cameras throughout working hours. 2. Sales performance analysis: Monitor the method of receiving customers, persuasion, closing, and interaction rate. 3. Discipline monitoring: Ensure commitment to (recording attendance, departure, and break fingerprints, presence inside the showroom, not using mobile phones, official uniform). 4. Customer service evaluation: Monitor politeness, smiling, product knowledge, and welcoming. 5. Reporting: Prepare a daily report of each violation with time, date, branch, and employee, with video cutting if necessary. 6. Monitoring violations: Documenting cases of lateness, leaving without fingerprinting, gathering inside the showroom, neglecting the customer. 7. Proposing improvement: Providing recommendations to improve sales and employee behavior.
