Cost Accountant

What the work is

Cost & Control Accountant - Restaurants Sector. Important and basic condition: having actual direct experience in the restaurant sector. Total experience of not less than 5 years in accounting and costing, including at least 3 years in the restaurant sector. Main duties: • Reviewing Food Cost and Recipe Costing. • Analysis of Actual vs Theoretical cost. • Monitoring inventory, stock, waste and variances. • Following up on changes in purchase prices and their impact on cost. • Analyzing the profitability of products, menus, branches, and delivery apps. • Preparing cost and profitability reports and early warning of variances. • Working on ERP, POS, and Excel systems. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related financial specialty. Location: Abha Salary: To be determined according to experience and competence.
