Learn effective sourcing strategies utilizing multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract a qualified and diverse talent pool. Learn structured interview techniques, behavioral assessments, and competency evaluations to ensure candidates' suitability and alignment with organizational needs.
