Tasks and Responsibilities: * Continuous search for new customers, companies, projects, and commercial opportunities. * Attracting new projects and contracts and converting opportunities into actual business. * Building and developing long-term professional relationships with clients, contractors, and related parties. * Following up on clients and sales opportunities from the communication stage until the completion of the contract. * Visiting clients and project sites and meeting with relevant parties when necessary. * Preparing and following up on price offers, coordinating them, and conducting commercial negotiations. * Monitoring the market and competitors and identifying new opportunities. * Achieving sales and business development targets according to the agreed targets. * Preparing periodic reports on opportunities, projects, and target customers.
